The success of trade union organizations lies in the extent of their ability to adapt to the various challenges and obstacles they face in order to build mechanisms, mechanisms and functional strategies that enable them to address these imbalances, based on adapting their practices and activities to the current situation in order to avoid falling into what is known as trade union deficit Therefore, this research paper aims to identify the most important challenges faced by the trade union act in Algeria, as well as to identify the various mechanisms on which the Trade Union Act is based in achieving its goals.
