Abstract EN

This study aims to reveal the relationship between the three personality types A, B, and C among local community workers and psychological well-being at work; As well as the dominant pattern, and the detection of gender differences in psychological well-being at work and the three personality types (A, B, C).

A sample of 276 individuals was selected using the simple random method.

To achieve the purpose of the study, the measure of behavioral patterns (A-B-C) designed by (Benzerwal-Fatiha) and the measure of psychological well-being at work were applied by (Massé & al, 1998).

After processing using the spss program and calculating the psychometric characteristics of both scales, α1 = 0.

926 for the pattern scale, and α2 = 0.

933 for the well-being scale; And the correlation of the paragraphs of the two scales together was significant at the level of significance 0.

The following results were also reached: - There is a statistically significant correlation between personality types (a-b-c) and psychological well-being at work.

Personality type (a) is the prevailing pattern among local community workers.

- There are no statistically significant differences between workers of local groups in personality types (A-B-C) due to the gender variable.

- There are statistically significant differences between the workers of the local communities in the psychological well-being at work, according to the gender variable.
