Abstract EN

This topic deals with the requirements of e-learning at the Algerian university and the role it played in light of the global health crisis-COVID 19-, as the latter is related to the need to provide an effective and flexible digital infrastructure, which in turn requires training both the teacher and the learner to use modern communication technologies, tablets, smartphones, the Internet and many differents moderns digitals media, aim primarily to enhance and ensure interaction between the teacher and the learner, and work to achieve the objectives of the educational process by providing an interactive digital educational environment that encourages learning with simple ways and contributes for attracting students' interest and develop their desire to study and achieving the quality of effective educational performance.
