Community security is the first thing people seek after food, the society never rise in fear and confusion.

on this basis, the problem of this study was formulated in this way.

what are the most important basic elements on which social security is based? it relied on four basic elements to list these ingredients, some of which relate to the human being as an individual for example: to obtain food, clothing, safe job …, including what is related to the entit of humanity as a group, such as: accepting others, and contributing to voluntary work.

some of them are related to religion and morals, such as: cooperation, sympathy, harmony and brotherhood.

those related to state agencies and institutions, such as: the work carried out by educational, hospital, judicial and security agencies.

all those elements contribute to achieve a thick and strong social security for individuals to live safe and comfortable.
