The subject of cultural security has become of great importance in the twenty-first century because of the globalization and it negative implications especially on the third world countries where the globalization infected sovereignty of these countries using the massive technological development.

this countries become unable to maintain it constituents of identity and it cultural production.

so, to day we have to complete a scheme to achieve the cultural security and protect it from the danger of globalization and it hegemony and we must to use this scheme as tool to challenge the contemporary colonialism as a strategy with actual mechanism be it the cultural security a strong weapon to protect from side the culture and the political stability on the other side.
