ساهمت مدرسة كوبنهاغن لأبحاث السلام والآمن في توسيع مفهوم الآمن ليشمل الآمن المجتمعي والذي وصفه باري بوزان بأنه من أعقد الآمون ويركز على التهديدات المرتبطة بهوية المجتمع ومكوناته القيمية الأساسية والتي يصعب تحديدها، مقابل ظهور مصادر جديدة للتهديدات الأمنية ذات طبيعة لا تماثلية وغير متكافئة القوة والتي يشوبها الغموض على غرار الجريمة المنظمة والتي تجاوز تأثيرها الحدود الوطنية للدولة كما أضحت لها تداعيات على الآمن المجتمعي للدول على غرار الجزائر، وهو موضوع هذه الورقة البحثية والذي تتم معالجته بطرح الإشكالية التالية: ما هي تداعيات الجريمة المنظمة بمختلف أشكالها على الآمن المجتمعي في الجزائر؟، وللإجابة على هذه الإشكالية تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باعتباره الأكثر ملاءمة للدراسات السياسية، وكانت أبرز النتائج تعزيز التعاون الدولي لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة ناهبك عن سن التشريعات الوطنية لإرساء الآمن المجتمعي.
Abstract EN
The Copenhagen school contributed to expanding the concept of security to include societal security it focuses on the threats associated with the identity of society and its basic value components which are difficult to define, and which Barry Buzan described as one of the most complex of security, in contrast to the emergence of new sources of security threats of an asymmetric nature and unequal power, such as organized crime, also had repercussions on the societal security of countries, such as Algeria which is the subject of this research paper the most prominent results were the strengthening of international cooperation to combat organized crime, as well as the enactment of national legislation to establish community security.
