This article aims to highlight the importance of the development policies of the Algerian State, which are of a social nature and aim at achieving national unity within the framework of cultural diversity to integrate the Tuareg socially and politically through policies that have succeeded in integrating the road component into the institutional, political and cultural fabric, this reflects the effectiveness of the Algerian decision maker's outputs, with strategies have been formulated to achieve national unity on the one hand and to develop a new pattern of mass mobilization on the other hand, based on the project of social factor and various elites by adopting policies based primarily on mechanisms that promote which reflected the passage of Tuareg demands through various channels of communication available from political parties and cultural and artistic associations at the regional and national levels, in order to maintain the cohesion of Algerian community security.
