Abstract EN

This study sought to know and examine the relationship between organizational agility variables and a sustainable competitive advantage in the Algerian communications sector, Mobilis-Bassar-and to achieve the results of the study, a questionnaire for the study variables of organizational agility and the sustainable competitive advantage and was distributed to a sample of 50 its amount and was analyzed data using the SPSS program, and the results showed that there is a direct relationship between the dimensions of the independent variable (sensing-decision-making-implementation of work) and the variable of the sustainable competitive advantage.
