In recent years, digitization has become an unavoidable imperative within the administrations of higher education establishments, continuing education, etc.
its use has been developed considerably in developed countries for many years.
however, its practice is limited in underdeveloped countries and even in countries in process of development.
it will be question in this contribution to highlight the evolution of the working relationship between the employees of a university establishment in this case, the university Mouloud Mammeri (department of commercial sciences).
to complete this contribution, we thought it wise to use a mixed method through which we will better understand our research.
Abstract FRE
Ces dernières années la numérisation est devenue un impératif inéluctable au sein des administrations des établissements de l'enseignement supérieur, de la formation continue, etc.
son usage s'est vu développé de manière considérable dans les pays développés depuis de nombreuses années.
cependant, sa pratique est limitée dans les pays sous développés et voire même au sein des ped (pays en voie de développement).
il sera question dans cette contribution de mettre en lumière l'évolution de la relation de travail entre les employés d'un établissement universitaire en l'occurrence, l'université Mouloud Mammeri (département des sciences commerciales).
pour mener à terme cette contribution, nous avons jugé judicieux de faire appel à une méthode mixte à travers laquelle nous allons mieux cerner notre recherché.
