The public debate on the development model since the announcement of the limited development model, which has exhausted its components, has seen significant deliberation of many issues relevant to development in their entirety, or at various times.

the dynamic of public debate have turned some of these issues into difficult dialectics within the deliberative space, especially in light of the difficulties of resolving them.

this paper raises a series of points in the form of overarching argumentative questions, with the aim of clarifying some of the ambiguities surrounding it.
