Arab countries during the Arab spring revolutions, through the mobilization of the masses and the formation of social capital that shares interests and demands, and it had a role parallel to the traditional civil society, and it also played an important role during the corona pandemic, especially in connection with its association with collective work.

communication is the mainstay of civil society organizations, especially collective communication, which is considered one of the forms of organizational communication, that is why this theoretical study aims to know the implications of the digital revolution on civil society as a concept, as an institution, and as a practice, while identifying the manifestations of this transformation, which has become a necessary imperative for civil society institutions to practice its various activities, and to focus on the opportunities and challenges of the latter in advancing development, while searching for the most prominent differences.
