The teacher's educational authority in the light of the pedagogy of teaching with competencies took a new vision based on a modern pedagogical vision that considers the teacher as an organizer of the educational act, a guide for the learner as the focus of the educational process and an effective partner in building his learnings.

in order to achieve the goals of the educational process, the teacher's educational authority appears in the form of necessary procedures and rules for educational action, a condition of moving away from authoritarianism by adopting democratic methods and directive guidance that help build a pedagogical, participatory and interactive relationship between the teacher and the learner, which contributes to ensuring educational outcomes at the cognitive, value and behavioral levels.
