Through this article, we try to know the relationship between the effectiveness of the organization as well as the concepts of the organization's culture and organizational change, as the institution's adoption of the principles, foundations and rules of a strong organizational culture enables it to achieve the goals of the individual on the one hand as well as the goals of the institution on the other hand and thus achieve the so-called organizational effectiveness.
