يعتبر أسلوب المزاد الإلكتروني أحد الأساليب في إبرام العقود الإدارية إلكترونيا، وأحد أهم المستجدات التي نص عليها المشرع الجزائري بموجب المرسوم الرئاسي 247 / 15 في إطار الاستفادة من المزايا التي تتيح تبادل المعلومات بطريقة إلكترونية لإبرام الصفقة العمومية.

15-247 within the framework of taking the most of the advantages of exchanging information available through the electronic gateway to make public transactions.
