This study aims to shed light on one of the most important topics related to the employment of a married woman and its relationship to achieving stability and continuity within the family and achieving its goals and objectives.

this study started from defining some concepts related to women's employment and family stability in addition to the methodological procedures of the field study related to an estimated research sample thirty research units, and the study concluded a number of research results and suggested recommendations.
