The research dealt with the constitutionality of government measures restricting individual freedom in light of the exceptional circumstances that afflict countries, as is the corona crisis, by explaining those procedures and their impact on individual freedoms, where the researcher followed the descriptive approach in view of the legislation followed, and then followed by the analytical approach to analyze those legislations, and the researcher reached as a result a number of results, the most important of which is the disproportion of these procedures for some governments because of their unconstitutionality due to the severity of their impact on individual freedom, while there are of governments have followed adequate and appropriate procedures required by the public interest based on constitutional provisions.
