The development of digital technology in the midst of the information revolution resulted in the multiplicity of modern means of communication between human societies, through which it was able to bring the distance closer, shorten distances and conclude various legal actions, and the matter did not stop at this point, but became by which serious and dangerous decisions were taken, and the most important of these decisions is what is known as electronic divorce, which sparked jurisprudential controversy about how to prove it, especially since its occurrence was done by a new means that are not familiar before, and due to the novelty of this topic, especially in the legal field and in front of the existence of a clear legislative vacuum necessitated its study and highlight.
