The legislator introduced procedures for judicial police with the aim of detecting corruption crimes under law 10 / 19, which includes amending the criminal procedure code, as he expanded the powers of judicial police officers to many security agencies in order to facilitate search and investigation operations, especially with regard to investigating a crime of corruption, and the law was also repealed 10 / 19 articles that impede the conduct of research, investigation and detection of corruption crimes, including the qualification of judicial police officers stipulated in accordance with articles 15 bis 01 and 15 bis 02 of law 17 / 07, or the lifting of the complaint condition stipulated in the public lawsuit against managers of public economic institutions provided for it is subject to article 06 bis of law 02 / 15 amending and supplementing the code of criminal procedure, as the requirement to complain about crimes committed by the managers of public economic institutions was an obstacle for the public prosecution to initiate a public lawsuit.
