This research seeks to address the major forms resulting from the crime of the rape, which is the issue of the marriage of the rapist from the raped female which in turn provoked a wide debate in the face of the conflicting requirements of women’s associations and human rights organizations demanding the fairness of the rapist and enabling her to take the right to hold the perpetrator accountable and punishment with the provisions of the laws that exempt the rapist from his sentence once he marries the rapist.
