Culture is a diplomatic tool that serves a state's strategy of influence in its regional or international environment.
the purpose of this diplomacy is the same for all States, in this case the defense of the national interest.
however, it varies in terms of the instrumentalized factors and tools that international relations theories equate with the so-called Soft power factors.
the analysis of these factors intersects both the paradigmatic frameworks of the liberal and constructivist narrative as to the approach to diplomatic behaviors at the cultural level.
Morocco conducts cultural diplomacy in perfect correlation with its constitutional cultural constancy.

La culture est un outil diplomatique qui sert la stratégie d'influence, pratiquée par un État dans son environnement régional ou international.
la finalité de cette diplomatie est la même pour tous les États, en l'occurrence la défense de l'intérêt national Cependant, elle varie en termes des facteurs et des outils instrumentalisés que les théories des relations internationales assimilent aux facteurs dits de Soft Power.
L'analyse de ces facteurs comprend, à la fois, les cadres paradigmatiques du récit libéral et constructiviste et l'approche du comportement diplomatique sur le plan culturel.
le Maroc mène une diplomatie culturelle en parfaite corrélation avec ses constances culturelles constitutionnelles et en concordance avec les orientations en politique étrangère.
on pourrait conclure qu’il s’agit d’une diplomatie à vocation globalisée avec un focus sur l’espace régional Sud et d’une portée culturelle multidimensionnelle, académique, artistique, voire spirituelle.
