The sharia is all mercy, all kindness, and this is not a minor in a chapter without another, but rather includes most of the jurisprudential chapters, but it clearly manifests itself in the transactions of people and their sales, as the origin of kindness is one of the highest purposes of the sharia in the door of financial trade-offs, because of its close closeness by facilitating people's life and their transactions, and by reducing the burdens of life for the assigned, so the subject of the study of researchers and their most important writings was to stipulate for this fundamental interdependence between the mercy and kindness, and between financial trade-offs in a way that reflects the tolerance of sharia and its welfare of the interests of the servants in the life and the hereafter.
