The study of the separate administrative decision is a jurisprudential, legal and judicial study, known through French judicial and administrative case law, who has treated this subject since the 19th century, the implication of this study is that this theory has undergone several developments, an administrative decision is distinct from one resulting from a complex administrative process, the decision may be appealed without prejudice to the complexity of the administrative procedure, the Algerian legislator has retained the theory of the separate decision, the pattern studied-the decision to expropriate private property for the benefit of the public interest-is perhaps the most prominent instance of a distinct administrative decision.
