Abstract EN

Real estate investment contract of public endowment is one of the most important contracts created by the Algerian legislator under the executive decree n 18 / 213 that aims at the advancement of endowment (Awkaf) so that they can perform their assigned role and participate in advancing development.

this study is important as the termination is one of the issues that raise many problems from a legal point of view because it will directly affect the process of the investment of endowment which is among the properties that have specific characteristics since it doesn’t belong to any natural or legal person and this requires more protection against plunder and exploitation so that it could perform its role in the society.

to conclude, this study aims at identifying the mechanisms adopted to terminate the said contract withies the framework of the same decree and to high light the consequences of this termination.
