يعد مراجعة قانون الاستثمار في الجزائر محورا أساسيا لبناء اقتصاد وطني قوي تطبعه المرونة وتسهيل الإجراءات المتصلة بعملية الاستثمار.
وذلك عملا بالمبدأ الدستوري المكرس لحرية التجارة والاستثمار في الجزائر، بهذا، أصدرت الدول الجزائرية قانونا جديدا يتعلق بالاستثمار بهدف مواصلة المساعي الرامية إلى تحسين مناخ الأعمال وتشجيع الاستثمارات الوطنية والأجنبية وفقا للأهداف التي يسعى قانون الاستثمار الجديد إلى تحقيقها، كما كرس هذا القانون استراتيجية جديدة بخصوص المزايا الممنوحة للمستثمرين وفقا للأنظمة التحفيزية مراعية في ذلك المناطق ومجالات النشاطات التي من شأنها ضمان تنمية إقليمية مستدامة، وتحسين تنافسية الاقتصاد الوطني وقدرته على التصدير.
Abstract EN
The review of the investment law in Algeria is considered an essential axis for building a strong economy characterized by flexibility and facilitating procedures related to the investment process.
and this is in accordance with the constitutional principle enshrined in freedom of trade and investment, with the aim of continuing in endeavors to improve the business environment and encourage the national and the foreign investments.
according to the objectives that the new investment law seek to achieve, it is also devoted a new strategy regarding the benefits granted to investors in accordance with the incentive systems, taking into account those areas and the attempts of activities that would ensure sustainable regional development and improve the competitiveness of the national economy and its ability to export.
