تهتم هذه الدراسة بالبحث في مجال الثورة الرقمية و الصناعة المعجمية العربية الحديثة، و قد جاءت بعنوان "المعجم العربي الإلكتروني بين حقيقة الوجود و قيمة الموجود"، و تكمن أهميتها في كونها تنطلق من نشأة المعجم العربي الإلكتروني ثم تتتبع تطوره، لتقيم من خلالها جهود المعجميين العرب في هذا المجال و ذلك من خلال طرح إشكالية مدى إمكانية الجزم بوجود معجمية عربية إلكترونية في ظل الثورة الرقمية التي طالت كل مناحي الحياة الفكرية في العالم بأكمله، و مدى نجاعة المعاجم العربية الإلكترونية في حالة إثبات وجودها، حيث تم اختيار المعاجم الإلكترونية العربية المتوفرة على شبكة الإنترنت عينة للدراسة في الجزء التطبيقي منها و هذا لسهولة الحصول عليها و الولوج إليها.
و قد أسفرت هذه الدراسة إلى بعض النتائج أهمها الوجود الفعلي للمعاجم العربية الإلكترونية، الأهمية البالغة التي تحظى بها في مجال تعلم اللغات الأجنبية، و الضرورة الملحة على استعمالها من طرف الطلبة و الباحثين في ظل التسارع الرقمي الذي تعرفه الساحة الفكرية الراهنة

This study is concerned with research in the field of the digital revolution and the modern Arabic lexicography.
it is entitled «the Arabic electronic dictionary between the reality of existence and its tangible importance».
its importance lies in the fact that it stems from the emergence of Arabic electronic dictionary, traces its development, by raising the issue of the extent to which it is possible to assert the existence of an Arabic electronic lexicography amongst the current digital revolution that affected all aspects of intellectual life in the whole world.
the Arabic electronic dictionaries available on the Internet were chosen as a sample for the study in the applied part.
the study yielded some results such as the actual existence of electronic Arabic dictionaries, and its importance in translation, language learning and scientific research in general.
