The school dictionary is consided as the main tool or the most important educational tool to enrich the learners linguistic hi back ground, he needs it to understand the meaning or the difinition of difficult words he encounters in the educational discourse included in the educational programs, it also allows him to easily search the meaning of Arabic words, so the learner needs to create an electronic dictionary is becoming a priority since it facilitates research and makes him up to date.

also he can make do his researches with more motivation thing which encourages understanding and assimilation .our v study tagged with the need for learners to establish an electronic school dictionary .Arabic language in the intermediate school (a sample) to highlight the importance of creating an electronic dictionary which goes with his age and combinative development and the school program in the middle to facilitate learning.
