The novel has recently witnessed an amazing development on several levels, and has taken the lead in literary production.

the writer Ibrahim al-Koni is one of the novelists whose works have had a wide resonance in the Arab world and the world.

he also succeeded in investing the linguistic energy to generate narrative discourses of an exoticist fantasy nature, and a high artistic aesthetic.

we seek in this study to address the poetics of language, as well as the mechanisms of employing the multiplicity of styles and linguistic levels of al-Koni in his duality (the novel of Nazeef al-hajar and the novel of al-Tibr) to achieve the uniqueness of the discourse, based on a fundamental problematic : are the manifestations of poetic (aesthetic) manifested in Ibrahim al-Koni’s novelistic discourse ? what we noticed during our reading [our approach] to the text is that the aesthetic, fantasist, and exotic aspect was strongly present, which means that the language of the novelist was mixed with the language of magic, legends, myths, as well as the desert world, thus created creativity and excellence.
