Onomastics, as a literary approach, is often the main focus of several research works at the Algerian university.
however, the analysis of a proper noun remains problematic, because we always wonder about what approach to follow in order to reach the meaning of “onoma”.
we try to answer this questioning through this reflection, in which we propose a method whose objective is to analyze a proper noun in a literary text, to research the meaning and significance of anthroponyms and to extract the relations that they maintain with the text.
the interest of this work is not limited to the understanding of the functioning of the proper noun in the text, but also affects the comprehension of the text itself, since the meaning of this latter is constructed from the meaning of the elements that constitute it.

L’onomastique, en tant qu'approche littéraire, est souvent l’axe principal de plusieurs travaux de recherche à l’université algérienne.
cependant l'analyse d'un nom propre reste problématique, car nous nous interrogeons toujours à propos de quelle démarche suivre afin d'atteindre le sens des «onoma».
nous essayons de répondre à ce questionnement à travers cette réflexion, dans laquelle nous proposons une méthode susceptible d'analyser un nom propre dans un texte littéraire, de chercher le sens et la signification des anthroponymes et d'extraire les rapports qu'ils entretiennent avec le texte.
l'intérêt de ce travail ne se résume pas à l'entendement du fonctionnement du nom propre au sein du texte, mais touche aussi la compréhension du texte lui-même, puisque le sens de celui-ci se construit grâce aux sens des éléments qui le constituent.
