The current study aims at getting acquainted with the role of the creed in building the locus of control in both internal and external categories and its effect on forming positive directions for building the school-vocational project for university students using study tools represented in testing the locus of control and a questionnaire on the students' directions for building the vocational school project.

the study data were also treated by using the descriptive method to treat the results through statistical methods.
