it was entrusted with a number of competencies, including oversight of the constitutionality of laws by arguing that they were unconstitutional, this mechanism is considered one of the most important defensive mechanisms established to protect the rights and freedoms of individuals.

its provisions, methods of application and methods of resorting to it were regulated in the light of the provisions of article 195 of the constitutional amendment, and organic law 19-22 detailed its modalities and procedures.

therefore, we will try through this research paper to identify conditions, modalities, and procedures for notification by means of the referral used in the field of pleading unconstitutionality before the constitutional court, as well as the legal implications arising therefrom.
