The right to information is one of the general rights and freedoms that most constitutions agree on granting the legislator the power to enact laws that show how to exercise it and determine the scope and areas of its application, whether under private or public laws, and we have reached through extrapolation of the legal texts regulating the right to obtain information in the system the American and the Algerian point out that referring the issue of regulating this right to general laws only does not guarantee effective protection for this right, neither in terms of procedures nor in terms of scope of application.
