In order for the agricultural sector to play its role in achieving food security, diversifying crops and reducing their import, the opportunity has been opened for investors to delve into the field of upgrading agricultural investment by integrating the industrial sector with the agricultural sector relying on the integrated agricultural chain, which is based on world-class agricultural production in the desert, takes into account mechanization, orientation towards manufacturing industries, solving problems associated with storage, transportation and integration between animal husbandry and strategic products, so the direction was towards the development of industrial agriculture in the desert lands.

the problem that can be raised in this context is as follows: how did the Algerian legislator frame the process of developing industrial agriculture in the desert lands and what is new with regard to the granting of land for reclamation under the concession?
