Arbitration is considered one of the most important means through which contractual disputes can be resolved in the field of commercial relation due to its many characteristics and features that have tempted many comparative legal systems, as it is one of the alternative methods for resolving disputes, international trade contracts, and an alternative to the restrictions imposed by the ordinary judiciary.

arbitration has played an important role in amending the national legislation of many countries, as is the case in the Algerian law, where the legislator monitored the developments taking place and worked to regulate the provision of international commercial arbitration within the civil and administrative procedures code to ensure the activation of this alternative means of resolving disputes.
