it consists of all technical and legal measures aimed at making the spatial framework of social life more suitable for the needs of individuals.

understanding urbanization as a method for organizing and managing the city and its countryside and as a tool for embodying the requirements and directing the urbanization plans of its two types, municipal and supra-municipal, requires defining a definition of urbanization, but that is not sufficient without addressing its characteristics because the basis of studies related to the organization of the field and its exploitation have become based on urbanization and the law framing it.
