The small and medium enterprises face many problems and obstacles, and the problem of financing is one of the most important challenges that hinder the development of these enterprises, so they resort to external financing to obtain bank loans, but given the conditions and procedures imposed by these banks mainly related to guarantees, it has become imperative for these institutions to resort to alternative modes of financing, thus resorting to private equity companies as an alternative of financing because of the services they provide mainly concern financing, participation in strategic decisions and risk-taking in response to economic transformations and their current requirements.
