This study aims to know the most important amendments made by the constitutional founder regarding the advisory bodies in light of the constitutional amendment of 2020, which reflects the desire to organize them and raise their constitutional status, the study concluded that the constitutional founder has preserved the most important advisory bodies while some adjustments in the structure, organization and competencies in light of the constitutional amendment 2020, he also expanded and constitutionalized other bodies and considered them advisory bodies that were not mentioned in previous constitutions, and they were represented in the national observatory of civil society and the Algerian academy of sciences and technologies.
