While calling on various international organizations to protect minorities rights as one of the most important human rights, despite the level of development of international human rights and criminal law and the penal sanctions imposed for international crimes committed, the gap between Rohingya's ethnic cleansing and mass displacement remains considerable and the international community as many bodies denouncing acts committed against Rohingya have tried to give effect to their international protection.

genocide’ with crimes amounting to genocide, it is in this spirit that this study is undertaken to demonstrate the extent to which international realities denouncing crimes against Rohingya contain international texts on their protection.
