This study discusses the water sustainability crisis in the Arab countries, especially with the water scarcity crisis and the decline water security, the nature of transboundary water imposes mutual dependence on the countries that share this resource, as the costs of reluctance to cooperate in water management will be much greater than the costs of cooperation.
