يواجه المشرع الجزائري تحدي مواجهة والكشف عن الاعتداءات البيئية المختلفة سواء كانت مجرمة أو غير مجرمة بشتى الوسائل القانونية، ومن أهمها الضبط البيئي سواء كان في شقه الإداري أو القضائي، وهما وإن اختلفا من حيث التخصص والوظائف المتاحة لهما من قبل القانون إلا أنهما يلتقيان في هدف واحد هو محاولة الحفاظ على ما تبقى من موروث بيني وهذا لما يوفرانه من رقابة قبلية وبعدية تحاول الإلمام بكل مراحل الاعتداء على البيئة بمفهومها الموسع.
Abstract EN
The Algerian legislator faces the challenge of confronting and detecting various environmental attacks, whether criminal or non-criminal, by various legal means.
they meet in one goal, which is to try to preserve what is left of the environmental heritage, and this is because of the control they provide before and after trying to understand all the stages of the attack on the environment in its expanded concept.
