Abstract EN

The study aimed to shed light on the most important laws and executive decrees set by the ministry to support the investment of endowment (Waqf) properties in Algeria, according to the chronology associated with their issuance, in addition to addressing the most important points indicated by these laws with regard to building investment endowment (Waqf) contracts for endowment properties that can be exploited and invested in order to preserve it and ensure its perpetuity and continuation of its benefits.

the study reached a number of results showing the clear development in the status of laws related to the investment of Waqf funds in Algeria and diversification of investment methods therein and maintain it.
