This study aims to address the use of private sector in litigation procedures in the Saudi commercial courts, by clarifying their justifications, regulations, fields and limits.

the study concluded that the use of the private sector in the field of litigation is permissible, provided that the private sector possesses the expertise and capabilities necessary to carry out the work assigned to it.

and that the aspect of assistance is centered on the procedural and formal judicial tasks, and not in the substantive and executive procedures.
