تهدف هذه الورقة العلمية إلى تسليط الضوء على مدى تطبيق القاضي الجزائري للاتفاقيات الدولية المصادق عليها، والتعرض إلى مسألة تأخر نشر المعاهدات في الجريدة الرسمية والذي يعتبر شرطا جوهريا لنفاذها في القانون الداخلي وتمكين الأفراد من الاحتجاج بها أمام القضاء.
كما تهدف هذه المداخلة إلى تسليط الضوء على تطبيق مجلس الدولة الفرنسي للاتفاقيات الدولية.
Abstract EN
This scientific paper aims to highlight to what extent the internal judge implements the ratified international conventions, in addition to the issue of the delay in publishing treaties in the official journal, which is an fundamental condition for their enforcement in the internal law and enabling individuals to invoke them in the judiciary.
this intervention also aims to highlight the implementation of international conventions by the council of state of France.
