Scientific research is one of the most important pillars on which the organization of the Algerian university is based in order to achieve its basic objectives within the various regions of the country.

in order to achieve greater effectiveness within the academic research provided, it was necessary to adopt a charter defining the rules and ethics governing scientific research in itself, on the one hand, and the elements of the academic family responsible for its delivery, on the other, especially in the light of the existence of major breaches, one of the unsettling phenomena of many researchers, which in turn imposed a range of micromanages to combat scientific theft as the main influence on the existence and quality of scientific research.

the aim of this research paper is to study the general framework of the scientific research site and to define the obligations and rights of university family members under the code of professional ethics, focusing on the impact of scientific theft on it and how it can be addressed as one of the difficulties in sustaining and advancing scientific research.
