In order to ensure the right to hunting, and to protect the hunting wealth and its exploitation within the framework of sustainable development, the Algerian legislator intervened through the hunting law to balance the two interests, thus bringing the hunting activity out of chaos into organized practice, but the practical reality proved that there is extermination of hunting wealth due to hunting.
