هذا البحث يتعلق بموضوع المراجعة الدستورية، وتحديدا إقصاء رئيس الدولة من اقتراح مراجعة الدستور، هذا الإقصاء من الواضح أنه راجع لأسباب ما، لكن هذا قد لا يعني أن رئيس الدولة ليس له دور في أي مراجعة للدستور.
Abstract EN
This research is related to the issue of constitutional review, specifically the exclusion of the president of state from the proposal to review the constitution, this exclusion is clearly due to some reasons, but it may not mean that the president of state has no role in any review of the constitution.
