In this paper, we present the λ-statistically convergent for Quadruple sequence spaces characterized by the triple Orlicz functions by using matrix transformation and investigated the qualities that are similar to those of spaces (WA40) λ (S) (M,A,p), (W4) λ (S) (M,A,p), (W4) λ (S) (M,A,p) are linear spaces, and the space W4∞ (M,A,p) is a paranormed space, and the spaces (WA) λ (S) (M,A,p), (W4) λ (S) (M,A,p) are normal and monotone
