The research showed the position of the modernists from the principles of understanding and deduction developed by sharia scholars in the science of jurisprudence and the science of interpretation.

then it went to the modernist method in an attempt to search for the rules on which it was constructed.

the researcher did not find scientific rules based on principles derived from sharia and language sciences, merely, they were scattered ideas topped with a tone of arrogance and quoting from western approaches, and retrieval of the orientalists' ideas.

the result was that they came out to us with a deformed understanding that a sane Muslim would not accept, let alone a civilized alternative based on the ruins of heritage.
