Abstract EN

In view of the importance of national property being one of the resources that the state relies on in building the national economy and in view of the stages that the latter went through in Algeria, and the large number of disputes related to it and the legal texts that govern it, the algerian legislator granted many means and mechanisms to protect it, most notably the protection of the judge administrative and make it address all aggression and actions by individuals or even the administration it self.

the aim of granting the administrative judge broad powers to protect the national property in the process of examining its disputes is to establish control over the work of the administration and to establish the principle of the supremacy of the state of right and law, which is the principle of legality, which in turn guarantees the protection of national property on the one hand and the legal positions of litigants on the other hand.
