the administrative organs of the state are obliged to use the means of technology and the internet in the implementation of various administrative transactions so as to achieve a kind of efficiency and quality in the framework of the enshrinement of constitutional endeavors, especially with regard to the promotion of the public service and the development of public utilities, thereby eliminating negative manifestations that prevent this, as in the case of the phenomenon of corruption, which has affected public administrations.

E-management becomes an effective means fight against corruption and aiming towards achieving the desired goals.
