Physical and sports activities are considered essential that contribute to the intellectual development of citizens, their physical preparation, the preservation of their health, as well as the strengthening of social cohesion, and the public is the important element in any port, and that his role is limited to encouraging the team to which he belongs, but sometimes riot occur between the fans of the competing teams, as the masses tur to the people when their team is defeated, as a reaction to the anger caused by the feeling of defeat, but currently, even when a certain team wins, fans the latter is a riot, and there are several other parties that cause riots to occur, that is why all countries seek to address such acts by putting in place legal texts that criminalize these acts and the Algerian legislator through law 13/05 related to organizing physical and sports activities and their development.
